Biology & Ecology
The biological resources group provides services related to terrestrial, freshwater, estuarine, and marine environments. We offer a wide range of services here and our team includes experts in ecology, aquatic and fisheries biology, botany, zoology, wildlife management, and conservation planning.
Groundwater Resources
Our team provides expertise in the use, protection, assessment, and remediation of groundwater and soil resources. Services include groundwater monitoring, hydrogeologic investigations, aquifer performance testing, water use permitting, and aquifer storage and recovery.
Land Management, Planning, & Permitting
Our team provides multidisciplinary environmental planning and permitting services to support public and private clients. Our expertise includes environmental impact statements and assessments, conservation easement documentation, baseline studies, and environmental assessments required by local governments.
Site Assessment & Remediation
Our services range from initial site assessment through the remediation design and implementation. Our experience includes assessment and remediation of sites impacted by petroleum, chlorinated solvents, pesticides and metals, and include multi-faceted Super Fund and Brownfields sites.
Water Resources
Our team delivers comprehensive water resource assessments through field sampling, permitting, and water quality characterization of freshwater and marine systems. Services include surface water and groundwater monitoring, soil and sediment assessments, aquatic biological evaluations, and measurement of key environmental conditions such as water quality, bathymetry, circulation, and flow.
